Products that i swear by
Ehem. After a while of neglecting my blog due to various reasons and pure laziness, I finally dragged myself to write about products that I can't leave without (been promising to do this to myself since months ago)

Vaseline is a multipurpose gel in a jar. I use it to take my lipstick off, to moisturize my lips before I doze off, adding moist looking effect to my lipstick, moisturizing my skin when I forgot to bring my lotion. With really it's really cheap price and lasts really longgggg, I put this as a must in my everyday routine.

I use mineral water to cleanse my face nowadays since I found that my skin is intolerable with normal tap water at my campus, UPM. After I switched to this, my acne stopped coming out like mad, like how it used to in these few weeks. Might be over reacting for some, but worth the money and effort.

My favorite lotion, which is the best that I've encountered and had been using this since I'm 18 (now I'm 23). I've first discovered this lotion by accident when I visited my friend's room n tried it. At that time, I had this skin infection that I inherited from my grandpa since i was 13, I can't scratch my feet (the upper part) and I have to wear really good quality socks to school, or my feet will have these super dry, wrinkly spots that can easily spread. I went to a lot of skin specialists, creams, foot wash, multiple injections, u name it, but none had really helped to prevent it from coming. I applied this to the infected area at night, at in the morning, POOF, the dry skins are there NO MORE! It's that good, really, plus I love the scent and it kept my hands super soft.

I tried various brands of shampoos from the cheapest to the salon approved brands, but nothing did me good since I have oily scalp but dry hair, and they tend to get frizzy if I don't properly treat them. I have been skeptical on using this brand at 1st, but it works like a charm unlike some brands that left my scalp feeling super greasy and itchy. Not to mention the price is really cheap.

Liese hair serum, I use them both on daily basis, and they do kept my hair less frizzy and less dry. I tried other brands before, but they did not only leave my hair greasy, but also really static. This by far is the best and pocket friendly (love the smell too)

Body shops's perfume oil (vanilla). I can easily get nauseated with perfumes that doesn't suit me, or too strong, or have high level of alcohol in it. I tried their normal EDT, but it leaves me feeling dizzy and wanna puke. This baby have that sweet smell that's not too overpowering but not too subtle, like you've just walked into a bakery:) It is long lasting too, only few drops and you're good to go.

The only eyeliner so far that did not fail me, it sticks to what it promises, long lasting, no smudging effect. This is by IN2IT - xtra long lasting eyeliner. I can go out from morning till night without being worried about my eyeliner, it stays put, unlike some supposedly NO SMUDGING LONG LASTING pricey eyeliner that I've tried before. Moreover, I don't need any make up remover for this, just rub it with warm water, and they will go off, without those panda effects that most eyeliners have. I have combination skin, which is prone to be oily, so picking products that won't fail me is a bit hard. This one is a keeper ;) (been using this since im 21)

Garden of Eden's - Rosa T, I used to use this product before I changed it, which I don't know why, and I still feel stupid for doing that, but now I've switched to it back. It is a very good tea tree oil based serum that helps to minimize my acne, lessen the possibilities for new ones to appear and fading my acne scars. I've been almost acne free for nearly half a year, before I came back to UPM, with high stress level, not so fresh air, and the major culprit : stupidly unclean tap water, I have some spots here and there (but now it has lessen thanks to the usage of cleaning my face with mineral water). Hopefully this will help to repair my skin like it used to do.

I can't leave without my sunblock since I don't fancy the sun that much as they have really bad effects for my acne prone skin, and not to mention you can get skin cancer for exposing it too much. Again, due to my skin type, I have to be extra careful with what I wear, I don't go for smell or cute packaging, since those are the stuffs that usually good to avoid. Cetaphil is a really good brand, and won't cause me any breakouts. It's a bit pricey, almost RM100, but worth the buy, plus it lasts long (3-4 months).

Here's another sunblock that I usually use, by Hamilton, I got it from my dermatologist, a product from USA if im not mistaken. The price is almost like Cetaphil's sunblock, and it is very light, but enough to moisturize my skin. This one also doesn't gives me breakouts.

Again, a product by Cetaphil, and I'm obsessed with it. I bought this after doing some survey on the internet, and this is my second bottle. I first use this when I was in Thailand, and I was freaking out as my supply for facial cleanser is almost up. I braved myself up to experiment with this brand after seeing raves about it on the net, and I'm hooked! At that time, my skin broke really bad as my supplies of pills and creams from my dermatologist is out, plus the water supply there was really dirty (every time I took my shower, I can smell the rust lingering on me). I even got bad acne on my scalp and body. After just few days, I can see dramatic results and I have never had facial cleansers that have that good result like this one, even with much pricier brands.
